Once you place an order, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that our processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

For standard shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 10-15 business days after processing. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and any carrier delays beyond our control. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination, and we are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $200.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided, but please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

It's essential to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
